In the early fifties Trumark was the first to use HIGH-QUALITY surgical latex-tubing as powerbands on slingshot frames made from round metal rods. With a small amount of alcohol the bands can be installed on the slingshot very quickly without the use of tools, strings, or glue. Both bands are cut from ONE LENGTH OF TUBING so that they are matched for tournament shooting. Trumark's 5/16" steel-ball ammo has been carefully selected for it's SPECIAL SIZE; it's not too small and it's not too large. Ammo that is 1/4" in size is too light and tends to 'tear up' wrist-braced slingshot bands that need more weight in the pouch when shot.
