Much Better Than Cotton
These are good shirts but I don't really use it that much. I alway wear a tight under armour beneath this when working out and usually end up taking this one off. Excellent product! A must have for every man
This shirt is excellent. I recommend you measure your chest(don't leave any slack) and go exactly off that size or if you are close to the next size smaller go with that one. Don't go bigger. You want these shirts to fit tight on your body otherwise they are kind of ackward and will ride up a bit.
Note that if the shirt is too loose it will rub a bit on the sides so it is best to get the recommended size or the next size below if its not more than a couple inches in chest difference.

Quality hat.
The fabric is high quality and the stitching is well done, but there is a slight problem with the logo. It reads "NY." I can't imagine why people would want that on their head. But I'm not one to argue with taste, though I will offer a little common sense: If you must have one of these, wait a bit. I suspect the price on all Yankees-licensed merchandise is about to drop significantly. After Steinbrenner fires his stable of losers, you can probably pick up jerseys for a few bucks, so long as you don't mind that they've got the names of recently-unemployed players on the back.

Actually this would be the 1939-1957 Brooklyn Dodgers cap
There are a lot of reasons to have a Brooklyn Dodgers baseball cap.The best reason would be the 1955 team that won the only World Series for Da Bums behind the pitching of Johnny Podres.That was a team that had Jackie Robinson, Duke Snider, Roy Campanella, Don Newcombe, Gil Hodges, and Carl Furillo.So the question would be why is this a 1939 Brooklyn Dodgers Cooperstown Franchise Cap and not a 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers Cooperstown Franchise Cap?

This is a reasonable question because the 1939 Brooklyn Dodgers finished in third place in the National League.They were managed by Leo Durocher, who was also playing shortstop for the team that season (.277 average).The hitting star for the team was first baseman Dolph Camilli (.290, 26 home runs, 104 runs batted in), and pitcher Luke Hamlin went a respectable 20-13 (3.64 E.R.A.).Coming off the bench were the likes of Dixie Walker and future Hall of Famer Tony Lazzeri, and the other familiar names would be third baseman Cookie Lavagetto (.300, 10, 87) and Hugh Casey (15-10).So this was not exactly a standout Brooklyn team.The answer to the question is that 1939 was the year that the Dodgers adopted this particular cap, which would be worn by the Brooklyn players until 1957, the team's last season in Flatbush.Case closed.
