Lots of fun, while it lasts
I found that this item is alot of fun. It is a great way to train for baseball, no matter what position you play. I find it most usefull for pitching though.

The only problem i have with this product is that it is not the most durable. The first thing to go was the ribbon that marks the strike zone. Thats understandable seeing as it was meerly a strip of plastic. Then, the net went. One day while lobbing a baseball to it, the baseball went right through the net, Since then the hole has obviously gotten bigger and bigger. Next, the flimsy ground stakes that were nothing more than a thin piece of metal kept popping out of the ground. Finally (at least for now) the bungee cords that hold the net in place and give it its "spring" started snapping off! The only thing that hasn't broken yet is the actual frame. Mind you, I am not nor I ever will be anywhere near pro level baseball. I dont throw hard at all. I can only imagine how quickly thus would have deteriorated if i currently played high school ball.
