It comes with a 10-inch x 7-inch speed bag mounted with a training swivel on a 24-inch wood platform. The black anodized finish mounting brackets are designed to fit 16-inch wall beams. Also included are a pair of all-purpose speed bag gloves and heavy-duty hand wraps. And to complete the package is a 10-foot adjustable skip rope to help keep you floating like a butterfly while preparing you to sting like a bee.
