Great tool - could be better
This watch/heart rate monitor/speed distance monitor has some nice features.It logs your speed, distance and heart rate at 10 second intervals.Download all of this data to your PC with the included USB connected wireless adapter.The application included keeps a calendar with all of your workout history.You can graph any set of workouts, with heartrate, speed, time and distance variables.You can plan workouts with the application - like intervals of fast and slow running, and base them on time or distance, then upload them to the watch.The watch will keep track of where you are in a workout, advance to the next section automatically and beep at you to let you know.

I have a few gripes.The backlight has a short timeout that shuts off when you hit any other button.So, to view something in the dark requires you to switch to what you want to see (in the dark) then switch on the light.When the watch is in workout mode, it only shows the description of the workout at the transition, while beeping.But, you can't turn on the light while it is beeping!Also, if you set it to repeat an activity, it doesn't tell you which iteration you are on.

Once you get used to these things, or if you don't want to use the workout mode at night, this is a great way to monitor your fitness. ... Read more
