    Editorial Review

File this under "why didn't I think of that." This high-volumepump, designed to inflate any raft you happen upon, forces air both onthe upstroke and the down so you actually get your pumping done in halfthe time. Not only that, just switch the hose connection and it can beused to deflate as well. It comes with three different nozzleattachments so it will fit most valves as well as product informationon the side of the box in 12 languages. It's not often the word "cool"comes to mind when describing a pump, but this one fits the bill. -- John Moe ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars what are you pumping up?
this pump inflates our toys and balls well.however, remember that you will need a different pump for a bicycle.keeping that in mind, no complaints.unfortunately, there isn't a pump out there that i know of that can pump everything....

5-0 out of 5 stars This is not a toy, but a great tool.
I just got this pump a couple of weeks ago, and it has performed great! It inflates my Coleman kayak in less than 10 minutes without straining (blowing it up without it took over 1/2 hour and feeling like I was going to throw up). It has a very simple mechanism that disassembles easily for educational or repair purposes. A big advantage is that it can be used to suck the air out of things just by switching the hose to the other end, which is great for collapsing the kayak into the smallest bundle.

4-0 out of 5 stars Double Duty Pump, More than one use!
This pump will pump you up! It works beautifully at inflating not only your pool, toys, and balls- but your muscles as well!! It is definitely faster than a single mini pump! If you plan on inflating something large with it- I would say you will either need to tag team someone or be in really good shape. I inflated and Intex pool with it, and by the next day my arms and abs felt it. Love the added extra bo nus of a workout! But for real, it is a great product and came with 3 different filling 'needles' perfect for anything from pools to playgroud balls.

1-0 out of 5 stars a good pump
this pump works well. you get inflation with both the up and down motion. it also has three tips to place on the tube, so it can inflate different sized openings.

by the way, if you are inflating a large item, it provides a pretty good workout on your arms and legs!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Get the bracelets, but don't be fooled
NEVER pay more than $1 for these bracelets. Anyone reselling these for more than $1 is doing so against the wishes of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Besides, you can get them for $1 a piece from the legitimate sources. Lance Armstrong Foundation, Discovery Store, Niketown, etc.
Paying more is dumb and does not help the cause.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great cause!
Although these bracelets are the 'in' thing amongst kids/teenagers right now (kids at the local school are wearing rubber bracelets up to their elbows!), these Livestrong bracelets are for an awesome cause! I think everyone should get at least one. There's also other rubber bracelets for other causes you can find online like for breast cancer, heart disease, the tsunami relief fund....and lots of other things. I think they're a great!

5-0 out of 5 stars this scooter is great
i got this scooter for as a christmas present and i loved it right away.this is the best scooter i have ever owened.i liked this one alot better than the a scooter (the a one fell apart).its so much fun to ride down hills and just coast around the neiborhood. it is very sturdy and goes very fast.the only thing i dont like about it is that every once in a while theres a flat spot in the back wheel that never goes away, but the rest of the good thing about the scooter makes up for that one fault.i ride this scooter evey day when i get back from school.its so much fun and i love riding it.if you want to get a push scooter this is the one to get.

This has proven to be a very convenient means of travel for those without a car.As an adult, but young at heart, I use it to go short distances in my neighborhood (Queens, NY) and back and forth from the train.Light in weight and easy to fold, it comfortably fits in my backpack.I recommend it not only to children as a toy, but to shorter (handle bars go to 35 inches in height) adults who enjoy walking but sometimes have time constraints that require a glide! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Quick N EZ - Best Buy
I am an avid cyclist who needed to maximize my time in the saddle by including my son on my rides. I searched all the brands from Wike on down to the Schwinn's and Insteps. I am a big believer in the right equipment for the right job.

    Value:
This trailer although it may not last forever, it should last a long time and is well worth the money spent; $79 at Target. Especially compared to trailers at $300 and up. Bottom line is how much do you bike, and how frequently will you use the trailer?

    Durability:
I used it for the second half of last season (2004) and it still looks new and has little wear. I put approximately 1000 miles on it so far. On days where my son is not with me I load it up with approx. 65lbs of weight (50lb bag of charcoal and a case of Poland Spring water)and use it as a trainer. This weight approximates two small children and it holds up just fine.

    Fun Factor;
My son loves going out on rides with me. It has a small pouch/cup holder sewn on each side of the interior, great for a sippy cup and a bag of snacks. It also has a trunk of sorts in the back. A flap that has snaps all around the perimeter of the rear, big enough to put an extra change of clothes and picnic things, or sand toys if you are visiting a playground on your journey.

    Safety;
It comes with a basic small reflector on the bottom left of the rear. My opinion is this is not visible enough, get yourself a blinking reflector type light, approx. $10-15 in any bike shop.Mounting it may be a bit tricky, I cut the fabric at the bottom and clamped it on to the frame. It also comes with that neon orange flag, which can be spotted a mile away. And the base colors of blue and yellow stand out pretty good too. The harness,/hinge is a spring (with a safety cable through the center of the spring) that flexes, if you lay the bike down the trailer stays upright. The spring also flexes when you are riding to absorb some of the shifting of weight when your little guys move around back there, making it more comfortable that solid connections.

    Pros:
    1) Price, $79, you can't beat the price/value anywhere.
    2) Quite, I'm used to a bike that makes no noise, and this did not let me down.
    3) Bright colored fabric, help you to be seen, along with the neon orange flag.
    4) Your own personal cheering team to "Go faster Daddy", and you really can't beat that!

    Cons:
    1) Floor is made from same fabric as the main compartment, this might be the first failure in the unit as my son gets bigger and heavier. Some more expensive models use a plastic tray as a base.
    2) Needs a better light in the rear.
    3) Once you get your child one of these , you will not be able to go for a solo ride anymore without dealing with tears and pleads to go "ridin" too.

One very important recommendation, after you install your hardware and hook up the trailer, do yourself and your child a favor and put something heavier than your child in the back. Then ride it for a good long ride. Do a few panic stops, brake on corners, get used to the weight back there, it is very different than what you are used to without it. Don't learn while your little Man or Lady is back there.

Be safe and ride till your legs fall off.

    Dave

4-0 out of 5 stars Family outings are a breeze!
We live in an area where we can bike to pretty much everyting, and we were a little concerned about using a traditional child "seat" on our bikes. This trailer has turned out to be a fantastic addition, well worth the money. We have had our son in it since he was 7 1/2 months old (he is now 18 mos) and we have used it to bike to breakfast, to the store, etc. There is plenty of storage room in the back, and the shield is great for misty/windy days. I wouldn't recommend using it with infants unable to hold themselves up well, as the harness is not that strong, but once they can sit up without support the trailer is great! We have no worries about our son toppling out in case we were to fall (which has happened, and the trailer stays upright), either. Enjoy it!

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Buy!
My dh and I have been researching the different types and brands of infant/toddler bike trailers out there for several months. All along I kept looking at this Instep Quick 'n EZ trailer and thinking it was the best out there. Not only did I find it to constantly receive high marks on quality, but I also found it to be quite inexpensive. Not cheap and shotty, just not nearly as expensive as some of the other makes and models. After all our research, we decided on this trailer, and so my dd received it for her 1st birthday a couple of weeks ago. And let me tell you, we have NOT been disappointed with our choice. The trailer is very well made, extremely easy to put together/take apart, a cinch to attach, and even easier to pull. There is plenty of room in the trailer for us to stash our daughter's bottles, a diaper and wipes (incase she needs a change), and couple of toys for her to play with along the way. The 5pt harness is a breeze to work and leaves no question as to weather baby is in securely or not. This is definately a great trailer to own!! We give it 2 Thumbs Up and 5 stars across the board! :D

4-0 out of 5 stars Quality and value
Although I didn't find this on sale it is still a good deal for regular price. Set up is an absolute breeze. Even attaching the coupler to my bike, after some muscle from hubby to get the nut off, was simple and quick. I feel very confident of the hitch as I ride and the kids are secure in the harness. It folds easily and the wheels detach simply to fit in the cargo space of our mid-size SUV. I'm a recreational/fitness biker and use this on very nice paved trails not off-road so I can't comment on bumps or dirt.

It gets a 4 rather than a 5 only on some comfort issues. The web straps would be better if padded. I have to watch the crotch strap on my 20 month-old or it can ride up and cut into her leg, particularly if she has a big wet diaper. Same with my 4 year old with the shoulder strap and his neck. I'll figure something out though. Also if it is going to be made to hold up to 100 pounds it really could be just a couple of inches wider to give room to bigger kids. Two kids are sort of smushed. The sling seats also could be made to recline. I had a jogging stoller with that feature. Lastly, since I live in FL, I would prefer a longer hood or some sort of brim for more shade.

Having complained, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND HIGHLY for quality and value and fun. The kids do enjoy it despite my nit-picking!

4-0 out of 5 stars Great for the money
My 10 month old son loves this trailer. It is very light and was very easy even for me to put together. The only problem we find is that the rear tire of the bike throws up rocks and dirt through the netting.Gets kinda dirty in there!!Otherwise a great buy though. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Good job!
This is a great design, with all of the good scooter characteristics like durability and mobileness. This design also removes the earlier problem of the handlebar foam swelling with contact prolonged contact with water. Only two major drawbacks:

    1) Not as light as other models
    2) Brakes are not very good, but this has always been the case with razors.

this product really amazed me because it was light durable small and it was just sized for 'little kids'.The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was kind of bumpy along the main highway but lucily theires a walking track that lets you bring anything nonelectronic along the track and it was smoothand not bumpy.sure electric scooters are nice but what happens if you run something over ? I'm sure fat little jimmy won't be getting any slimmer on an electric scooter.

So honestly people don't buy an electric scooter for 100-$200 just so it can be ridden for a week and then left to rust buy one that only costs $20 come on!!!!!!@#$@#*&$#()%():(:)::):(:()(:;8 ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Great cyclocomputer for a great price.
The Micro Wireless is one of the newest additions to the Cay Eye Companies long line of trusted cyclocomputers.I had a hard time choosing between this and a more expensive model with heart rate and cadence.

I decided to go with this and purchased a separate wrist HR monitor for around 25 bucks. It saved a good deal of money and could be the solution to one of your concerns.

If you are looking for a basic model without wireless: I suggest checking out the "Enduro 8"; it is cheaper and has most of the basic features (without wireless and backlight).

With that said: I really like this model, it's smaller and has more features than the Enduro; wireless and back-light.It was easier to setup and quickly switches between bikes (with the purchase of a second mount/sensor kit.)

I broke the computer mount in a minor training collision and Cay Eye sent me a replacement mount for free.I suggest you "defiantly get a cat eye", especially at this price; they have great customer service and make an excellent wireless computer.

4-0 out of 5 stars For the price a nice bike
No, this is not the pro mountain bike you would ride on very rough terrain. However it is a good bike for just riding. My only beef with this was the highly uncomfortable seat! It hurt bad! After only 15 minutes of riding I could not take it any more.
Thats the only caveat I have, other that that a good bike for the money. Like the above review I plan on getting a new seat, in fact I have already ordered one and its on its way.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great solid mountain bike
The bike is excellent. It handles really well and feels solid. Ever since I bought it, I've been riding it regularly for 6 to 8 mile uneven trails twice a week and it takes on them really well. The parts are high quality and I could find no issues at all after riding it for over a month. It feels better and more solid than quite a few other bikes I've ridden before.

There are a couple of issues though that you should know about. Firstly, the seat is not comfortable. I think it was designed for the fit skinny folks and not for a full sized big man that I am :-) I'm buying a bigger seat to go with it. Also, the description says that it has handle twist type gear controls while the one delivered to me had more traditional lever type gears. Not that they're any inferior but its just that there is a discrepency between what is advertized on the web page and what you actually get. I like the gear controls though and they work well. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Love this bike - don't worry about brakes
We found that the pedals on most trikes are too far from the seat, and other little bikes have pedals on the front wheel which are hard to reach and which turn the wheel left and right when the child pedals. My daughter used this bike at 2 1/2 but we still had to push her a little bit.Although the bike *is* heavy, I think the problem was more in her coordination because early in the second summer she used it, one week it "clicked" and she just took off on it.She rode it everywhere the summer that she was 3 1/2.We have a fairly sloped driveway and by pushing the pedals backwards she could stop the bike at the bottom.(Also enjoyed making it go backwards.)She has a little brother and I love that he will be able to use this bike next, because it is gender neutral.

Also worth noting: we ran over one training wheel with the car and the company replaced it for just $3.50 including shipping.

5-0 out of 5 stars AWSOME 1ST bike for 2 year old!
We got this 10" bike for our son for Christmas when he was 20 months old.It only took a couple days of practice and he was whizzing all over the place in it.We chose this over the tricycle because when we tested them out in the store, the 10" with training wheels was much easier for him to control. All the bikes with the pedals attached to the wheel seemed to be more difficult to pedal. We also love the fact that instead of brakes, the bike pedals backward. Our son quickly learned how to manouver out of tight spots buy pedaling backward then forward again without ever having to get off the bike. When he is a bit older we will probably buy him a bike with brakes, but for a little guy who isn't out riding in the street alone, this bike is perfect.

We had to leave off the red plastic piece under the seat for him to be able to reach the pedals at first. That made the height just perfect. He is now almost 3 years old and still LOVES this bike.We have adjusted the height a couple times since he got it and lifted the training wheels a bit so he can start learning to balance without them.

The only thing on this bike that has broken in the 15 months we've had it is the bell.It broke after about 8 months of hard play. That's okay though. We didn't buy the bike for the bell.

All in all, this is THE BEST CHOICE when buying a child their first bike. It's not only a beautiful bike, but it is very durable and SUPER-EASY for little ones to ride.I recommend this for any little BOY or GIRL as their first bike.

2-0 out of 5 stars Adorable but way too heavy (and, no, there are no breaks....
We bought this bike for our son a year ago, for his third birthday.I liked that it was a nice small size and the look was gender neutral and gorgeous. However, we have been very disappointed with the bike's performance. It is just so HEAVY.My son has a really hard time getting going on it and going uphill just doesn't seem to work for him on this bike. One mistake that I won't make again is trying to surprise him with the bike and not trying it out ahead of time in the store. We will soon buy him a new bike and this time will take him to a real bike shop to be fitted and to try out the bike.

3-0 out of 5 stars Advertisement misinformation
I would think that the information of a child's bike that did not come equipped with brakes would be listed in the advertisement. This bike has NO brakes. Had I known this information I would never have bought this bike. We have a steep driveway and there is no way for her to stop or even slow down without dropping her feet and risking injury. I am currently writing a complaint letter to the manufacturer regarding this situation.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great product!
Great product, well made, sturdy and secure. You have to remove the seat, then install the base of the push bar - very simple.
We bought it for a Kiddio Supertrike, it fits perfectly. However the screw that secures the base to the trike frame is way too long. We added 5 extra washers to it, that solved the problem.
The bar snaps into the base and comes out with a push of a button. I love this feature as we frequently add and remove the push bar, depending on which one of our children rides the trike. Overall we are pleased with the product - the little trikes should really come with it to begin with.

5-0 out of 5 stars Sturdy & easy to install (can be used on Jumbos w/ adapter )
I thought that potential consumers out there would like to know that this push bar CAN be used on the Jumbo Kettrike. Like the previous reviewer, I bought the Jumbo Kettrike and yes, the push bar does not fit. However, I called Kettler USA (you can find them online) and I was told that I needed an adapter (looks like a connector of some kind made of plastic) which they sent free of charge. The instructions are a little obscure but it makes it easier when both the seat and the bucket are taken off the trike before installing the adapter. It took me less than 15 mins (I spent more time trying to understand the pictures-only instructions!). Overall, it's one of the better push bars out there.Height is adjustable and everything fits into place and there are no wobbles (assuming you put everything together properly!)

3-0 out of 5 stars Double Check the compatabilitiy of this push bar -
Like the kettrike this bar is made well. It does NOT fit all kettrikes - I have the Jumbo Model and it will not work. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Freedom Express
I just finished a three-mile loop on a bike trail with my 3 1/2 year old.He was riding his 12" Radio Flyer Bicycle with training wheels and I either had to walk as fast as I could or jog to keep up with him. It's the first time I've exercised with him without having to push a stroller or tricycle and we both had a great time. The bike is beautifully geared, very easy for him to pedal and brake, and everyone comments on how great it looks...no cartoon character tie-in, no bad race car graphics. It was a little expensive when the shipping was factored in, but I'm glad we went for a good quality bike.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome Bike!
We helped my son save his money and helped him buy this bike nearly three years ago. The poor thing has been sorely abused and the original tires are nearly bald but the thing still is in good shape. I cannot think of another toy that has seen so much daily use. A great little bike!

5-0 out of 5 stars An Excellent First Bike Choice
I had purchased the Radio Flyer All-Terrain Tricycle, but it was poorly constructed, and had to be returned. This bike was suggested as a replacement, and it is wonderful! My 4 year-old has no trouble stopping or steering (as he did trying another "big boy bike.")He loves to ride "super-time fast" and feels so proud of himself.

I strongly recommend this as a first time bike. The training wheels ride smoothly on the ground, providing as much security as a trike. The bell is fun, and the classic red looks can't be beat. The seat and handlebars are easily adjustable, and can accomodate a larger child (mine is 44 inches and growing...)

5-0 out of 5 stars nice, but not so durable
My son got this for Christmas and loved it, but after just 5 months of normal play from a 3 year-old, the spokes on the tires all began to fall out.We tried to get them back in, but had no luck.Soon, the spokes became entangled with the bike's chain and would cause the chain to fall off.I took this bike to my local bike repair shop and they could not fix the spokes. I have written the company and am awaiting a reply.I recently visited a toys-r-us store and I looked at this bike on display in the store, and it too had some loose spokes.I would not recommend this bike.

5-0 out of 5 stars old time fun and memories
Ipurchased this bike for my nephew's 3rd christmas. At first I thought he wouldn't be able to master it, but within minutes he ways flying down the sidewalk like a pro. When he returned home I had to ship it to him...his only conversation with me was"auntie where's my bike?"This was one toy he truely loved. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great bike!
This is a great item, I was more than impressed with it (as was my husband). My (tall) three year old, jumped on and rode with us all over the neighborhood the first day we got it.She really enjoy's it because she can ride with us and feel like such a big girl.Balancing seems to be simple and I hardly know she is behind me.I can feel when she moves around but not enough to throw me off balance.I would recommend this bike to anyone with a young child that likes to ride!

4-0 out of 5 stars Wee Ride Co-Pilot
What a great idea! This cycle is built well for the money and you can't go wrong. My daughter is 6 years old and learning to ride a bike. This trailer allows her to ride with me on bike paths and in the neighborhood. I use to push her in a jogging stroller till she got to big. This unit allows me to replace jogging with biking and still share the time with her. It is a great way to bond with your child while exercising.
The construction is strong and easy to connect to the pulling bike. Hardware is simple and safe. Bike has a nice attractive paint scheme. There are no brakes on the trailer which after riding with it seems like a good idea. Riding with any thing in tow is a little tricky and you have to pay attention.
I highly recommend the Wee Ride Co-Pilot to anyone. I visited the manufactures web site and recommend reading their description. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Dissatisfied Mom & Disappointed Son
The go kart just won't hold a charge - whether I charge if for 1 hour or overnight. We live on a 9 house cul du sac and my son can't even go around the cul du sac before it runs out of power. He is very disappointed! I am contacting Razor and hopefully they will know how to fix this problem.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great ride, but tires wear out fast.
My son loves this thing, but with such a low ground clearance the chain drive catches on the bumps sometimes. The tires lasted about a month with him driving it almost every day.

I did adda switch to it so it now has reverse.Pretty easy, but tough to get an open space inside the engine cover to mount it.

Now I am on the look out for new tires.Hopefully I can get real inflatible tires.Has anyone seen any?

2-0 out of 5 stars Quit after 4 weeks
Bought Kart for 8yr old daughter. She loves it.Its fun to ride however it quit after 4 weeks. It appears the Electronic Control Module has failed. Its not the circuit breaker.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Fun for All Ages!!!
This is a fantastic product!I bought one of these for my own use, hoping that it would carry an adult.Easy to assemble, durable construction, sharp design, very clean and quiet to operate. It fits easily into the tiny trunk of my Honda Civic, and is great fun to ride in the parking lot at work during my lunch breaks. So much fun that I bought two more - one to race, and one as a gift for a friend. All three run very well, whether operated by a child or an adult.Even skeptical adults who have ridden this end up giggling like school children!

Of course, it runs a bit faster when the driver is an 8-year-old child, but it has been plenty of fun for everyone.Even with riders up to 180 lbs., or climbing gentle slopes, I have yet to trip the circuit breaker.I am over six feet tall and can fit easily into the kart, although a bit more legroom would be welcome.(Note: The three karts I purchased have a chain drive, but newer models use a rubber belt instead, so your mileage may vary.)

I cannot wait for Razor to start selling a truly adult-size version of this product.Drive safely!

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT BUY!!!
We bought this go cart for my 5 yr old son for Christmas & it is a hit!! The only problem we have had is trying to explain to him that he can't ride it in the rain or the dark!!! Santa got this bike for my daughter. As his chief helper I was chartered with putting this bike together. It was no easy task!

The front tire arrived with incorrect spacers and I had to disassemble the wheel assembly to fix the problem. It took me awhile to sort out what needed to be done since the manual only vaguely applied to the bike and the parts didn't even come close to fitting in any logical fashion. Also the assembly requires metric tools. The after a lot of grumbling the bike finally came together and my daughter loves it.
