Excellent choice for begineers without any sacrifices...
I bought one of these so the two of us can snorkle, as we only had one, but two sets of fins and masks. It is completely dry and takes all the skill out of trying to blow out water when your lungs are ready to explode and you need air bad! You will never swallow water and the mouth piece has a purge device so you just exhale and water/spit leaves the tube. That stuff will happen in any snorkel, but hard to blow out to the top. The tube is large and air volume is great, making it super easy to use. Very natural feeling and easy to get use to. Under slight waterpressure and warm breath,our cheap snorkel started to collapse at the mouth piece,(after about 30 minutes) but not this one. So I am buying another to replace the cheapy. Besides, having a dry snorkle is so so convienent, and I want the two of us to equally enjoy our snorkling. If you want to dive down off the surface and go down for a closer view, you just take a breath and go for it, and when you come up you just start breathing again, without having to raise your face up out of the water. You forget you are wearing it, really! its worth the price and you will enjoy snorkling so much more. ... Read more

Great idea, terrible realization
Except for the bulk (and, to a certain extent, the "user interface"), this is an excellent watch: it provides very accurate timekeeping, looks good and is very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the reliability is extremely poor. I have had two samples, both of which have failed in the same way shortly after receiving the watch. The sweep second hand gets out of sync (by up to 10 seconds) with the digital portion, rendering the extreme accuracy meaningless. There is no way to correct this without sending it back to the factory. I will probably try to get a refund, since there are obvious engineering and design problems. Customer service from Casio was terrible: the first sample was returned 5 weeks after I sent it in and numerous phone calls (with long waits) didn't help. This is the last Casio product I will purchase (because of their miserable customer service). Finally, the user interface is poorly designed: there are too many options to be conveniently controlled by 4 buttons. ... Read more
