Excellent Snorkel Set
I am a beginner snorkeler and I have been using this set for a few months. I have not gotten a drop of water in my nose or mouth while using it. The mask is fairly comfortable to wear, the snorkel is truly dry (and I am terrified of getting a lung full of water) and the fins are a good size, easy and very efficient. The ULTRA DRY snorkel is just that.....
I moved to Italy from Maine this past summer due to a US Navy move.I bought snorkel gear and went out.Just to note if you buy this set as I did the bag is big enought tohold the fins, and 2 sets of goggles and snorkels. As I only bought 1 of this set and 1 of just the mask and snorkel.The only complaint is that shipping took over 2 1/2 months!The way it works is when you go underwater the valve closes so you don't get any water in your snorkel.If you do get a little water in there they are simple to clear by holding it closed and blowing the water out.I am really pleased by the snorkel which is much better in my opinion than regular snorkels that don't have that top.IT IS WORTH IT.I have been snorkeling several times.My only warning is for unexperience snorkelers, such as myself, the first time I went underwater I didn't realise it and if you suck hard enough when the valve is closed you can get water in your snorkel.But it is easy to clear so no worries.Excellent product thanks! ...
