Bellyband features an adjustable shock cord, which allows for a comfortable close fit under the tummy, preventing fly access to the sensitive underside of your horse. Neck wrap attaches to the sheet with two elastic straps, one at each side of the withers. Three side release buckles close and adjust the neck wrap for proper fit. These are the only thing I will use for under blankets. The name is so cute, too. Worth the money! These have always worked for me 100% in preventing rubs.
