Well worth it
I just got these- I must comment on them.

1) Although the blurb doesn't mention it, these come with a case.
2) the threaded design is excellent- the weights won't slip off (or even budge) as compared with those clunky weight sets that have those butterfly clip things.
3) I got these at 10% off, so they were the same as similar sets without the rubber grips.Trust me, those are definitely worth it!

WOW - not even considering the price!
I ordered this back in March knowing that it would not ship/arrive until April/May.Amazon sent a delay message offering to back out, but I kept the order and it was sent out only a week after with tracking number.
It arrived today, May 11.First impression... wow it's heavy (65#) and they shipped it for free!Second impression upon opening... very solid construction, packaging and manual.I know this thing has to be made in China, but it actually seemed to be US made, from impression of the printed material, instructions, and packaging quality (very good).
So, I put it together, took about 30-45 minutes (I'm slow).One set of 8 screws for the feet were not called out in the parts list, but no problem.Got it set up and started messing with it.
First, this is rated for someone up to 300 lbs!I believe it from the very sturdy materials, construction and design.
After some trial and error tweaking, I was comfortably inverting to vertical!
The pros are already listed, as well as the easy adjustability for height and inclination stop.The superior handle design makes it very easy to pull yourself back up if you have it adjusted incorrectly or close to vertical.
The con - I'm not crazy about the ankle holders.I tried it with only socks on (which they probably don't recommend), my ankles weren't very comfortable - I'm going to try it with shoes the next time.
I was amazed how my back feels after one session.It "clicked" as I was hanging and now feels warm and comfortable.
I totally recommend this model to anyone looking for an inversion table.If you get free shipping, count your blessings even more.I can't imagine any table being a better value, or even better quality, than this.

I have this same one except the back has more padding, Not a big diff. It is something you can experiment with to work all different areas of your body. Leggings
I got my Newport Leggings and I wear them all the time. I always wear leggings to my fitness club and these are a good replacement for my older pairs. I am goimg to buy more legging, I just wish there were more colors in my size but I do wear black most often.

Misleading
I tried to order 2 pairs in size L Misses.What I got was size L Petites.There was nothing in the ordering selection at the time telling me I would be ordering Petites if I got them.So I had to send them back.All customer service did was give me a return number and apologize.They did not direct me to any in my size for that price.I felt like they had used the old Bait and Switch tactics which are illegal.So I will not be ordering from them again.

These legging were very poor quality and took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive.There is only 5% spandex in the fabric so it has very little stretch.

Pricey but good weights
I just recently started lifting weights on a regular basis. At first, I just used cheap weights that required constant changing for different exercises and I found myself spending more time tightening and loosening bolts than doing the actual exercises. The Select-tech dumbbells are much nicer. You simply turn two dials, located at each end of the dumbbell, to the weight you want. Then lift and the proper weight comes with the bar. Some people have complained about the bar being too long and the maximum limit of 52.5 lbs being too little. The length seems perfectly fine to me, it hasn't gotten in the way for any of the exercises I've done. The weight limit is also fine for me as a beginner, although you'll obviously want to look somewhere else if 52.5 lbs is too light for you. I don't really have any complaints except for the price and the fragile feel. I haven't actually dropped them so I don't know for sure how durable they are but the material doesn't seem like it would hold up well if dropped multiple times. The $350 price tag also seems a little steep for what you get. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who isn't a seasoned weight lifter and can afford the $350.

Great Product
I've only had Select-Tech Dumbbells a week, so I can't comment on their longevity or how they hold up to repeated workouts, only my initial impressions.

So far, I am very pleased with how they feel when doing every type of dumbbell exercise.Due to the mechanism that holds the plates in place, using a lighter weight still requires the overall length of the dumbbell to be the same.Because of that, I was expecting an awkward feel, but that is not the case.My wife uses 5 - 12.5 pound settings and the extra length is a non-factor for her as well.We also have a small workout room, so the space saving benefit is a plus.

As advertised, just turn the dial and select your weight.It's that easy.I have found myself doing proper sets now, where before I didn't want to hassle with changing plates.It also speeds up the workout.

They are expensive, but worth the money if you plan on sticking to a routine.

Oh, so close.
Select Tech Dumbbells are the same things whether they are credited to Nautilus or Bowflex or both. The reason I really wanted these: space. Space is premium: not because I don't have room but because I like things as small as possible as a matter of policy (which is probably why I have room).

More Good: 1) They are well made: a) good quality plastic covered metal; b) the locking mechanism is sturdy and seems like it will last. 2) The only wear-and-tear issue I see is the plastic coating itself. You *will* eventually get slide marks from constantly sliding the unit in and out of the base. I predict these will be cosmetic only. 3) The weight increment is 2.5 pounds through the lower half and 5 pounds through the upper half.

The Bad: 1) Cost, but a full set of dumbbells to cover the entire range these offer and a rack to hold them wouldn't be cheap either. 2) If you workout to muscle failure, guiding the dumbbells back into the rack can be troublesome. 3) (Why I returned mine:) The dumbbells are long enough to prevent *me* from ideal form during exercises using both dumbbells in close proximity: upright rows, bicep curls, etc. Depending on your build, YMMV. ... One star too many
Basic sit-ups work far better than this contraption. Save your money and buy a good diet book.

Easy and effective
* About me: I'm around 5' 8", 165 lbs, *completely* out-of-shape, with a few minor back problems. I love pizza(!), and my ever-increasing stomach is the evidence of my inactivity. When I'm not working with computers, I'm either watching TV, reading, or playing video games- constant inactivity! The hardest part about exercising for me is starting. To begin: How great is it to just sit in this chair and watch TV?! :) Whenever I'm ready, I start by stretching back gently and then exercising, moving back & forth- It's that easy!
* AbLounge2 Quality: Max user weight= 250lbs.; max user height isn't specified- maybe 6-feet? Yes, construction quality *IS* very high- Best purchase ever! Anyone who says this can be regularly disassembled has to be kidding(?)- I'd like my workout *using* the chair, not constantly assembling & disassembling it(!). There's only a slight stretching-stressing sound during use- pretty quiet. My only complaint is the size of the arm strap- it's too close to the chair and I can't get my arms through it. A few exercises on the video show the lady with her arms straight up & through, with the strap around her arms instead of her palms. She's tiny: good luck in anyone *else* getting through! Thankfully the strap is still pretty helpful as-is: it's basically used for grabbing & steadying.
* Continual Exercise: I don't know if I can get a six-pack here, but I'm certainly inspired to try! The great thing here is that it's easy to reposition slightly to eliminate most discomfort. I actually do my exercises slightly differently than on the video because of my back, and it seems to be working very well so far. Be aware that it's really easy to cheat in the movements by using arms & legs instead of abs, so *some* self-control is required. This chair helps with a variety of exercises targeting abdominals & obliques, and it's VERY nice to stop & stretch whenever I want, as well as to continue to watch TV! I had to laugh with how GREAT it feels to stretch *all* the way back- it has to be felt to be believed. 5 STARS!

LOVE THE AB LOUNGE!!!!!
I just recently started exercising regularly and first bought the "Ab Roller" which i used for about a week and found that while using it, the unit kept moving back so i had to keep adjusting myself and that with laying on the carpet it still hurt my back.

then i bought the Ab Lounge....i love it! I found the exercises easy to do and no strain or pain! the setup took a little while. and it does take up alot of space. but for the price i paid for it, its worth it to me!

i would and am telling all my friends about it and will recommend it to everyone!

I have this product for almost a week now and I must say it does the job.The only problem is that the strap is not long enough to put both hands through for some of the workouts.Other than that I was happy with my purchase, you can feel the burn after a couple reps.

Great Line For Bodybuilding

Definitely decent shorts, and you won't look like a dork
If you're like me, you probably want some decent shorts to run/ball it up/do whatever in, but you don't really want to go around looking like Daisy Duke.So here you go.I bought the XXL size, although XL is probably my actual size.I'd say that they definitely aren't overly baggy for me.

For some reason, I've also become kind of sick of school logos on the shorts.These plain ones show off a little more of your post-modern sensibilities.

Two small nits:1) They are maybe a very slight bit too long- even a little bit off the length would probably help with the air circulation down in the important areas (but like I said, I ain't no Catherine Bach).2) I used to like the older mesh with the slightly larger holes in it.I feel (and my feelings may not at all comport with reality) that the new finer mesh doesn't seem to breathe quite as well. ...
