Too much for too little
It may look somewhat okay but if you're buying it for using the pulse functions, don't bother. Within a month, the battery was dead. I replaced the battery and now it is completely incapable of taking an accurate pulse. Now the pulse comes back as over 200. I loosen a screw just a bit on the back and then it tells me my pulse is in the 40s. As for the rest of the watch, it is standard and sufficient except you have to push a button every time you want the date because it is not on the main display.

Broken on Receipt
Not a great way to make friends and influence people, but the light function on watch did not work upon receipt. In additon, the digital readout looks like it is from the first original digital watches manufactured in the 60s. Small numberal and even smaller letters! The design is kind of strange and should have had more emphasis on function instead of form and had a larger display! Heart rate monitor is irregular if not used exactly as described in the manual. I do not recommend this watch!

Not just for jocks!
I'm not a runner, a biker, nor a triathlete. I don't exercise very often (I'll start next week; I swear). I love this watch, though! The black plastic strap and face are very sporty, definitely "in." The number display is large and easy to read, and the light button is easy to push: the illuminator does a fine job. Very good way to work out
This deck is like having your own personal fitness trainer. I think the idea for this is like in the U.S. Navy Seals, where they had the spinning ticker game on the "grinder" and the trainer would spin it, and whatever exercise came up, they all had to do. It is kind of like that. The thing I like is, each card has three levels, so you can choose easy,medium, or hard for each exercise. It is a great way to work out.

Fantastic
This deck of "playing cards" is fantastic. If you're like me, you're out of shape and there is no way you're going to pay the monthly fees of most exercise gyms. I got a (relatively cheap) yearly pass for centers at the city (exercise, pool, skateboard, basketball, etc.), but I ended up stopping most of that too. This deck of cards is great. Now, I can exercise all areas of my body at my pace and at home or away. No regimented set of exercises because I can change randomly and still get good workouts. I highly recommend this.

The DVD is worth the additional expense. It will get you started on your stretches and then excellent examples of each exercise. There also is a lot of helpful advice about why you are doing them and things to pay attention to.

The most versatile fitness system I've ever seen
I've been using FitDeck to supplement my usual workout program for the last month now, using it whenever I've had time to kill or when I couldn't get to the gym or didn't feel like going to the gym. Because I've been doing other stuff along with it, it's hard to say how effective it's been, but I have found it to be almost addictive.
A lot of people quit working out because they get bored. But this product solves that problem. You can use it for years and never do the same workout twice. You can do as hard or as easy a workout as you like. You can do exercises from the deck in the middle of cardio workouts. The only limits are your imagination.
I especially like how on his Web site and on the DVD the FitDeck's creator doesn't make any promises about what kind of results you can get. There's no foolishness about "melting off fat" or building a world-class athlete's physique in two weeks or anything like that. In this day and age, that is truly refreshing.

Great Cards
These cards are great! I used them with my 11-year-old nephew Bruno for 4 weeks and he lost 12 pounds and had fun doing it. For each work out we picked different cards which always kept things exciting. Best of all I never had to think about what exercises to do with him, we just followed the cards and were sweating in no time. I highly recommend these cards for children or adults alike.

One of the better made elliptical machines FOR HOME USE. Ellipticals are GOOD setups for home or gym exercise.USE OF One seems to burn more calories, while building up vital stamina in the legs, torso, lower back, and feet.It's important to set goals and limits, such as work towards a 20 minute workout by the end of a six-week period, working out on the machine every other day.Once the 20 minutes seem to be easy enough, work upwards to 25, the 30, then 45 minutes.The main idea is to use the machine to flush your veins and arteries, especially those feeding your heart.Once you build up strength and stamina, you'll feel better, and daily stress won't get to you too much. This particular model was tested by Consumer Reports and found to be a very good product; one of those in the VG range.It has different programs that allow you to build stamina in various bodily function, as well as monitor heart beats, calorie burns, and resistance.You can use the hand/oars to build upper body strength, or just leave them alone and hold on to the still handle.While using the still handles, the oars won't whack you or your arms as does those on other models.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL
Computer does not work at all, and the bicycle doesn't work without it.

Great Bike for price
I was a little nervous buying this reading some of the other reviews, but after pricing other bikes with the same features I was willing to chance it.The shipping was extremely fast.It was really easy to put together it only took us about 15 minutes.All the parts and pieces were there.The digital display is large and very easy to read.The programs are fun and easy to turn on and off. The bike is also very quiet compared to some of the other ones I have owned so you can easily workout with someone watching tv. I am overall very pleased with this bike!

Poor Customer Service
The bike worked fine for a couple of days, then started to make a noise.A couple of attempts to contact Body Sculpture has lead to no assistance.I have not received an acknowledgement the they have received my first e-mail and other e-mails have been returned undeliverable.

Very poor customer service.Their phone message tells you to e-mail their company with any issues.Any other business, leave a message.I have yet to talk to a human.

I love my bike.
It is easy to assemble and nice to ride. With all the programs you could chose from makes riding it tons of fun.
Although when I first got my bike, my left pedal was not in there but after connecting to the company through email, they sent it right to me in a week. Nice service.

Decent Product - HORRIBLE Service
The exercise bike itself is good (worth of a soild 4 stars in a review).

The materials are of good quality and the construction is good.The computer is a nice feature and the 10 exercise programs work well.

The product requires minor assembly, however, the poor quality of the owner's manual/assembly instruction book make this more of a chore than it needs to be, but it's not a major problem.

This is where the review goes bad.My bike arrived damaged.The plastic housing around the base of the bike was broken into more than a few pieces.

When I first contacted the company via e-mail, they were quick to respond and indicated they would ship the needed parts within a day.I was pleased that they contacted me so quickly.

Weeks later, after I had received nothing, all attempts to contact the company failed. They do not respond to my e-mails and their phone number is just a message.
