The ball quality is very good. It comes in Red. I am not sure weather you can choose other colors for this size, 65 cm. It seems to be big for women such as 5 ft tall. For men with 6 ft tall, I think it will be great. The only thing that I do not like about this ball is that the excercise chart is not useful. It gave you only six standard positions, which some of them you may already know. You might want to find other resources such as DVD for how to use the ball effectively. This is another must have for any home gym!
One of my trainers works me on my Thera-Band ball quite a bit to strengthen my core.It works very well and uses much of what my Pilates machine does as far as lengthening muscle and toning.It's an excellent edition and priced right!You have to get it.Sit ups are much harder, but take less time, with greater results!

Unexpectedly Good Workouts
First, this is not a 75" ball, as the Amazon Title indicates.It is a 75cm ball.I'm a big guy and I wasn't sure that it would work for me, but I was pleasantly surprised.The trunk stretches and crunches deliver a real burn in short order.The ball comes with a pump, and a small bag containing plugs and pump nozzles.Pumping up the ball requires about 1000 strokes of the provided small pump, so be ready to work at it.

One of the more challenging aspects of workouts using the ball is the need to balance yourself while doing the exercise.It involves at least another 33% effort to keep your body centered while doing the crunches.I think that makes this a much better exercise than the same thing done on a fixed foundation.

This is a great product! I'm so glad I invested in it!I'm a large guy and I been looking for something that will help work my gut. my favorite ball
This is the best balance ball I've had. It was easy to inflate (offering a foot pump rather than a bicycle pump) and it's made of good, sturdy material just like it advertises. Because of the material, it's prevents you from over-inflating. It is firmer than most regular balance balls and is easy to grip.

Mislead by Description
Received fitness ball promptly ( 4 days from purchase date ).It was pretty simple and easy to set up with bike pump - although you have to pump the bicycle pump quite often.

I mainly gave this product 3 stars b/c it was rated at tested for 1,000 pounds - which was the primary reason I chose TherapyZone brand.The info that comes with the ball as wel as listed at the TherapyZone website both state the balls are tested to 600 pounds.This IMHO is misleading and deceptive marketing.I went to send an email to customer service via email from their website - and it bounced back as undeliverable to that email server.

The product itself seems fine - and prompt delivery was nice - but only giving 3 stars b/c of false advertising at 1,000 pounds and their email link at website is not functioning properly.If I have any problems with item not working - I'll be sure to update - but so far it looks good.
