After reading a few books about Dr. Bach's discoveries, I wanted to find out if these remedies really worked. I can now say that they work very well and I was able to overcome my fear of flying with this remedy. I seem to remember peacefully flying while reading a book of poems. Normally I'm very anxious, especially with my birth date and recent occurrences on that date. I basically avoided planes for a few years.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: 5x dilution of: Helianthemum Nummularium HPUS, Clematis Vitalba HPUS, Impatiens Glanduliferia HPUS , Prunus Cerasifera HPUS, Ornithogalum Umbellatum HPUS. Inactive Ingredient: Alcohol

This remedy is made from five of Dr. Bach's original 38 Flower Essences.

Cherry Plum - Fear of mind giving way, verge of a breakdown

Clematis - For the tendency to "pass out"
Impatiens- For irritability, tension and fidgetiness
Rock Rose - For frozen terror and panic
Star of Bethlehem - For trauma and shock

By putting this product under your tongue you get fast relief and a calm feeling that melts you into peace. I now keep this in my purse and carry it with me incase I start to get stressed out in any situation.

Warnings: Keep out of reach of children (27% alcohol). If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. This product has been used to ease labor and has been used to calm tantrums. I personally haven't had a princess tantrum since I started taking this product. ;)

Directions: Take 4 drops in a small glass of water. Repeat as necessary. Can also be taken by placing 4 drops directly on or under the tongue.

Greens + energy bars are excellent!!!
These are some of the very best tasting energy bars I've ever had, and they have some of the very best ingredients I've come across so far. I find the chocolate coated bars to be tastier than the natural (because I love chocolate); however, the natural bars are really quite good, too. Better than you would think
OK so protein bars come in a few flavors:
a) tastes like medicine
b) tastes okay
c) tastes amazing
d) so full of sugar there's no point

Take the real thing, not a processed derivative
There have been studies in Japan and China that claim green tea (and teas in general) have beneficial health effects only when they are taken in their natural form, i.e., as tea leaves.I'm very skeptical that processed products have any benefits at all, and may even be harmful in the long run.It's much better to enjoy a cup of real green tea while reaping its healthful benefits.

Great subsitute for the real thing itself!
I would brew green tea after oily meals for detoxyfying and weight management purposes, but brewing tea could be quite a hassle.
ive been popping these for over 2 months and my energy level increased which helped maintained my weight and cleased my system.

Great product for anyone with fluctuating blood sugar level
I dont have diabetes, but I do suffer from hypoglycemia which can leave me feeling very irritable and disorientated. Generally snacking on candy bars will instantly make me feel better but minutes later will make the symptoms much worse. I've found that taking Glucerna bars are a great way of bringing up my sugar level and keeping it steady until I can get a balanced meal. I've also found that they help me have better energy when eaten before going to the gym.
