I liked the size of it: it's just about right to fill me up. The texture is a bit crunchier than I expected, and it's a bit hard. If it were softer, I definitely would've given it a 5.

Yum! These Power Bars satisfied my craving for chocolate with lots more nutrition than candy bars. These make a handy breakfast on the go, and were gone quickly! They're a little higher in calories than my typical pre- or post-workout snack, so be careful if you're looking to use them for that purpose.

I got these for my grandson to Test ...
I got these for my grandson to Test Drive. He's a hockey player and expends a lot of energy while in a game! The Power Bars were a perfect pick-me-up for him between periods! The convenience and ease of use were great, but more than that -- the wonderful taste and texture! He really loved them. Many other energy bars are either sticky or full of nuts (which he doesn't care for), while these were the taste and texture of a good candy bar. But best of all was the wonderful boost they gave him to complete his game without feeling totally burnt out!

It was a little dry, but not as dry as other energy bars I've tried. I'd like to try other flavors of this product to see which I like the best. STEVIA NO ILL HEALTH EFFECTS!
Unlike Aspartame (Equal/NutraSweet) or Sucralose (Splenda) or Acesulfame-K or any of the other dangerous chemicals that have been put in just about every food and drink nowadays, even GUM and vitamins, STEVIA is the natural extract of a sweet leaf.

Stevia has been used for THOUSANDS of years without ANY bad health or side effects.

Until just recently, Japan had a LAW that no artificial sweetener could be used in ANY food or drink! When you bought a DIET COKE in Japan, it used to have STEVIA in it! Unfortunately, now they too have been forced to put Aspartame in their soft drinks.

Stevia not only is safe for diabetics, but is actually GOOD for diabetics and helps diabetes! It does not promote tooth decay, and even though the FDA admits it is safe enough for it to be on store shelves, they will only allow it so long as Stevia does NOT say it is a sweetener, the US law says Stevia has to be called a "nutritional supplement" to satisfy the big money corperations that make Aspartame and Sucralose that pay good money to make sure the FDA does not allow any competition!

I was researching this for many years when trying to find a sugar substitute for my diabetic family member. I myself don't like the taste of Stevia because it has too much a taste of licorice, and I don't want everything I sweeten to taste like licorice. Other than that, this would be perfect and solve all sugar free problems.

So far, I have found nothing that is as good as sugar, and sugar is all I use, but for people that come over that want sugar free sweeteners, all I offer in my home is Stevia.

Great taste!
This isn't just for people with diabetes.It can be a great diet aide, candy bar substitute, or nutrition bar.The taste is very good...not the sugary taste of a candy bar of course, but it has a nice chewy chocoate and peanut taste.It is on the small size, so isn't much as a meal replacement...unless you are dieting of course. But it is satisfying and low calories (150) and can suit many purposes.Great alternative for the kids to candy!

I'm Lovin It
This is the first time I have ever wrote a review, but get ready because I love this stuff.I am about 30 lbs. over weight and being a diabetic I need to find my perfect place as far as weight management, since starting GLUCERNA MEAL REPLACEMENTS shakes and bar I have really got on the right track.It is very tasty (almost feel like I am cheating) and my sugar levels are staying almost normal without medicine I am so glad I gave GLUCERNA a try I really feel like I am going to be able to take this extra weight off.I love the taste and they are so portable a little pricey, but worth every dime I spend on it. Much better than a granola bar
good consistency, texture, not too sweet. Not too cookie like, and also no dray as sawdust-my favorite out of all of them and at 13 grams of protein, 160 cals and only 2 net carbs, with losts of cute little chocolate chips, and chcolate coating on the bar, it is the most fun of all the bars-I even got my mother to eat and enjoy one!
