Tastes OK, better tasting flavors available
I ordered this product from amazon attracted by the great prices. The delivery was super fast even with super saver shipping. I got it within 3 working days.

The bars themselves are fine. You don't have to force them down your throat but they arn't the best tasting bars from myoplex. Their Choc fudge and Choc Choc chip flavors are 5-star worthy. But the deal is pretty good and I don't regret the purchase.

Delicious
I checked on epinions about myoplex lite and they said they all tasted terrible... except the cinnamon roll one. So I got a cinnamon roll myoplex lite bar and love it. Tastes like a cinnamon rice crispy treat with frosting! It's really one of the rare protein bars I actually look forward to eating.

The protein isnt that much but its a good meal replacement bar if you're trying to lose fat. There is a lot of sugar in it unfortunately so hopefully its not too high on the glycemic scale.

Smells horrid, but works...
Yes, I have to agree with everyone else here, these pills smell absolutely horrid, but I tried them last night, and I did get a noticably better sleep, I just felt more refreshed.

Update: I've been taking two a night, as the bottle suggests, and I am getting a more rested sleep. It's been a week now, and I don't really notice the smell of the pills now either. Good stuff. Celestial Seasons also makes a tea with Valerian, so if you don't like pills, perhaps try that.

I expected this product to work better than ...
I expected this product to work better than it did. I'm a very light sleeper and I'd hoped this would give me a better, more refreshing night's sleep, but I really didn't notice a difference on the nights that I took it.

I took two capsules before bedtime several nights in a row due to restless legs and occasional mild joint pain (due to construction on my home). I believe it did help my body relax and fall asleep. Much better than taking my regular over-the-counter sleep aid. I woke up refreshed and ready to go, without that fuzzy head feeling. I recommend Nature's Resource Valerian to anyone who needs a little help relaxing and falling asleep. It worked great!

I found Valerian taken in the evening about an hour before bedtime to be a fairly effective aid for relaxation and better sleep. When using this product, I didn't experience lying awake and waiting for sleep to finally come. For this reason I'd consider using the product again. The thing I didn't like about it is that I found the capsules to have an extremely unpleasant odor, which almost put me off of trying them at all. If there were a better way to make these capsules in order to mask the odor, I'd be much happier with them.

Best of the bunch
I have tried 3 different types.These are the best of the bunch.Do to the low carb desire, the taste gets limited.Yet, the strawberry flavor comes through.Also, there is a nutty texture that keeps it from feeling like cardboard.

My favorite of all the Atkins Breakfast Bars
Im a strawberry lover from way back.Also an Atkins lover!So, when I found that I could put the 2 together, I was really happy.These bars taste great.Also enjoy the Apple Crisp and chocolate chip.Blueberry is good, but leaves an after taste.

Atkins morning start bars are good, not great.
I've eaten five different flavors of the Atkins morning start bars. The cinnamon bun flavor is the best; chocolate chip crisp is pretty good; strawberry crisp is okay for a change of pace, as is the apple crisp, and although the blueberry muffin isn't all that bad, I found that it did have something of an aftertaste. For a low carb snack, these are a really good alternative, and I wouldn't be afraid to try any of the flavors that I've mentioned above.

energy fuel
this is such a great tasting and effective product. My father in law turned me on to it, I turned others on, and now the only place to get it is on Amazon. This is so much better than any sugar free energy drink out there.

Tastes good, no carbs, no sugar, no calories!
I've been drinking TwinLabs Energy Fuel for 8 months now, although this is the first time I've seen it on Amazon.It has a fruit taste that's good (kind of like citrus).It has no carbs, no calories, no sugar (and no aspartame, which can hinder low-carb diets).It's a good energy drink for somebody such as myself on the Atkins low carb diet. My only issue with it is that it's a little expensive for only 8.4 oz per can.Amazon has the best deal I've seen so far, at $5.29 per 4-pack ($1.32 per can).A small store in my neighborhood sells it for $2.29 per can, and there isn't anybody else nearby who sells it, so it's alot cheaper to order through here.

totally gross
I didn't buy the whole box (thank goodness!), just a single bar and it's disgusting. The texture is gummy, no taste of cinnamon, and it's way too sickingly sweet. And 8 grams of fat to boot. I'd give this ZERO stars if I could!

There's definitely better out there
The only thing I liked about this bar is the nice chewy texture. Other than that, the flavor is gross. Nothing about this is reminiscent of Cinnamon Buns. I dont taste any cinnamon at all. The actual bar itself is bland and the icing on the outside is sickly sweet (not even real sugar sweet..more like nutrasweet) and just plain gross. I took one bite and had to choke it down with a big glass of water. For meal bars, The Zone is the way to go. They are actually edible.

Not the best option
I am an Atkins supporter.Yet, these Cinnamon bars feel and taste like cardboard.There is nothing pleasing to me about them.I can tolerate them.I would suggest the Apple Crisp and, especially, the strawberry.They have more texture to them and better flavor.

I'm so picky, but I actually like these
Both the cinnamon and the apple crisp are surprising delicious compared to other bars I've had in the past.The cinnamon is soft while the apple bar is more crisp, like a granola bar.These really come in handy when I have to have my breakfast on the run.The weird thing is that it's a box that would hold 6 bars nicely, but they only give you 5.

Muscle Marketing USA (MMUSA), maker of the popular liquid creatine supplement ATP Advantage Creatine Serum, has been fined $70,000 US by an Auckland district court for violating the New Zealand Fair Trade Act. MMUSA is charged with making false representations about the effectiveness of its creatine serum and concentration levels contained in each bottle. Label claims state that 5ml of the serum contain 2500 mg of creatine but test results indicated a presence of just 11.5mg creatine. Creatine is known to be unstable in liquid form, but MMUSA has continued to market their product globally."

This product is really easy to use and does provide me with the extra energy I need.I have been using it for about 2 months now and am just starting to see results.The best thing about this product is that I usually dont get sore after stressfull workouts, unless I go all out and max out on everything.I havent tried any other product of creatine so I cant compare it with anything.I would advise yall to also purchase whey protein and use it after workouts.I am really underweight, but I am slowly building my muscle mass back up.I will add another review with further advances in my physical state.If you have a better product for creatine, please follow up. ...
